Even though the property is only a few minutes off I-75, you'll feel like you're in another world. Only 15 minutes from Saginaw Bay.

Our location has 3 floors that include 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds and full baths. There is a spare room with a full size bed and a loft with 2 twins, a full size bed, and a full bathroom. Fully functional kitchen and dining area. Patio seating w/ gas grill on a balcony overlooking the Pigeon River. Nintendo Switch, Hulu, Disney+ or ESPN is provided on our 60 inch flat screen TV equipped with surround sound. Reliable wi-fi, 1 car garage & parking for 2-3 vehicles total.

Welcome to our newly renovated beach house in Au Gres—completed in Sept 2024! Perfect for families or groups, this charming retreat features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy direct, shared access to beautiful Lake Huron—no roads to cross. The beach is shared with seven other cottages. Pet-friendly home includes WiFi, air conditioning, heating, a washer, outdoor fire pit, and grills—everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We’re located just 15 minutes south of Tawas.

The Little Oak Cottage

Welcome to The Little Oak Cottage! There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two sets of twin bunk beds. There is one bathroom, with shower (no tub) **We ask you bring your own bedding/pillows and bath towels. We are a 10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach on Lake Huron. Fire pit, hammock, deck area. Explore the area! We are 20 min drive to Tawas City, golf courses and plenty of areas to fish. We are pet friendly but do ask you clean up after your pets!
