Family house renovated in 2024 and a guest house in a garden with direct access to a peaceful & remote beach. The beach is just in front of the house. At the end of the garden, the beach is emerging. The garden is extended in different levels. The house offers amazing seaview & peaceful environment, ideal for relaxation. The main house is a 2 storey buliding with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 livingroom, 1 kitchen. The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 livingroom with adjoining kitchenette.

Villa Konstantina

Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! Η Βίλα Κωνσταντίνα ειναι ένα αρχοντικό της σύγχρονης εποχής σε δυναμική ιταλική γραμμή αλλά και διακριτική αριστοκρατική φινέτσα. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 14-16 άτομα. A touch of nature

The house is idyllically situated in an 1100 metre olive grove,approximately 150 metres from Megalopotami village and 750 from the sea. An odor of Mediterranean exrtaordinaryscrub , the chanting of the cicadas. It is a two bedroom detached house with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. There is a delightful grill for barbecues. Special advantage: three times a week delivery of freshly baked bread from the local bakery.

Kleopatra Cottage

A 70sqm house with a bed room, livingroom with fire place, kitchen and w.c with shower. It is located in a cottage of 4.300 sq meters full of olive trees. It is propter for a couple and 3 children or 3 persons and 1 child, or 4 adults. Iti is a relaxing place. In the village and the places around, anyone can ride bicycle and enjoy walking. You can reach the Monastery of Agios Nektarios walking in about 30 minutes.

The house is an ideal heaven for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature. Make your vacation special and renew yourselves while using the house as a base to enjoy the nightlife of Nafplio, the nearby beaches and historical sites. It is a 175m2 house that consists of 3 levels and has four bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen, and it can easily accommodate up to 8 people.

The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
