A beautiful, detached house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the sea, ideal if you want to experience the magic of peace, quiet and a home away from home. House has nice windows and shutters and window screens . The shopping center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters are just a 3-minute walk away. The large terrace with its tiled heat proof pergola and fan features outdoor dining areas and a comfortable sofa for relaxing moments in the middle of nature.

Είναι εξοπλισμένο με πλήρη κουζίνα, φούρνο, εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα κλπ. Έχει επίσης βεράντα περίπου 30τμ με τραπέζι και καρέκλες κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση. In Palaia Epidavros, villa with swimming pool, 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the village. The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large private terrace overlooks the sea and the 12-meter swimming pool in the outside living and BBQ area. The apartment is available all year round. Full refurbishment in 2024 - all pictures not yet updated.
