Open all year. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Set in the heart of the Lochranza country side on the stunning Isle of Arran, we have a tranquil retreat, with stags and golden eagles in close proximity. Relax, unwind and take in the stunning views of the sleeping warrior mountains. There is a stunning sea view from the top of the track the sunset is quite spectacular. We are nestled within the hill side of Lochranza up a rough private track. there are many walks from Laggan walk further up the track or fairy dell on the sea coast.

This stunning property is situated amongst the woods on the hillsides above Loch Etive, with stunning views to Ben Cruachan. This luxurious lodge offers plenty of space with woodland and mountain views from every window. Kyle Lodge is our new one bed lodge set in the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church (which sleeps 12). It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

Cabin In Luss at Lochlomond

Great getaway cabin on the Banks of Loch Lomond, fantastic views of the loch and surrounding mountains. A great base for enjoying the many water sports available on the loch, hill walking or simply a relaxing break. We have recently changed the cabin to a self catering accommodation. It now compromises of a kitchen and separate seating area, fully glazed to enjoy the loch what ever her moods! New pictures will follow.

Dunans Cottage

Dunans Cottage is situated in the beautiful Knapdale Forest 1.9 miles from Cairnbaan within a National Scenic Area. The views are fantastic! The Cottage is off the beaten track but within a traditional farming hamlet with access via a forestry track ( see illustrated map ). Many outdoor and indoor activities are available within the area but the peace and quiet at Dunans are unique.
