L’appartamento con terrazzo, posto all’ 8 piano di un palazzo storico, munito di ascensore è appena stato ristrutturato e finemente arredato. Composto da una zona living con divano, smart tv con i vari servizi di Netflix, Amazon prime, e un bel tavolino. -Il piccolo angolo cottura è completamente attrezzato con ogni utensile utile, microonde, frigo freezer e bollitore. Climatizzato, con riscaldamento e aria condizionata, dispone di potente Wii-fi gratuito fruibile in ogni zona della casa.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).

The flat is meticulously refurbished and set in a picturesque cobblestoned street, just around the corner from the lively restaurants and cafes. La Casetta al Mattonato is located on the 3rd floor (41 steps, no elevator) of a 1600s typical roman building, within walking distance of all major attractions.

Casa Vacanze XI Miglio was born with the idea of making available to guests, a bright and welcoming apartment and very close to CIAMPINO airport only 7 minutes by car, the centre of ROME is easily accessible thanks to the train stop which is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment and that will take you to the Rome Termini Central Station in about 25 minutes, from there with Metro A or B you can get to all areas of Rome e.g. COLOSEEO or Piazza di Spagna

A few minutes walk from the pedestrian area which brings to the Vatican, right around the corner of the A subway line Ottaviano, some stops from the Spanish Steps. Welcome to Suite 1A :-) a cozy flat, completely renewd, equipped with every comfort, in a quiet tree-lined road next to everything. In a historic building with very high ceilings, the windows overlook a well-finished garden with a nice orange and magnolia tree. The perfect place to rest.

Vicino alle facoltà universitarie di Tor Vergata e alla stazione della metro A. La zona offre ogni tipo di servizio. A 100 mt troverete un ottima pizzeria, una gelateria artigianale con bar e un piccolo supermercato.

Se ti serve un delizioso appartamento sul corso di Genzano di Roma, allora noi facciamo al caso vostro! Grazie a questo spazio in posizione strategica, potrete recarvi anche Roma in soli 40 minuti con l’autobus di fronte la casa. L’appartamento si trova sul corso di Genzano di Roma un paesino dei castelli Romani (vedi foto). La costruzione del locale è stata effettuata nel 2022.

My place is in the centre of Ostia Lido, close to the beaches. You’ll love it because of the ambiance, the neighbourhood, and the comfy bed. The flat, located in a 1920's building, is good for couples and business travellers.
