This spacious apartment is half a block from the harbor and easy walking distance of our very cute downtown area where all the faires and festivals take place! Completely renovated and with wonderful views from the deck as well as the dining area windows! Full kitchen that is fully appointed! The 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the sleeper sofa is also a queen (very comfortable!) and if you have extra 'little people', the ottoman makes into a twin bed and there is also a rollaway bed and W/D.

The studio apartment is located at the foot of Mt. Erie overlooking Lake Campbell. Just minutes away from Deception Pass, historic downtown Anacortes, and a short drive to La Conner. Anacortes is the gateway to the San Juan Islands. Enjoy your coffee on the patio watching eagles and other wildlife. It is central to excellent Skagit Valley birding, scenery, tulips and out door adventure. Private cove for nature lovers; close to hip, historic Edison, restaurants, art galleries; central to Bellingham & Anacortes (30 min), Seattle & Vancouver, BC (90 min each), beautiful walks from your front door. You'll want to come back!

Island Gateway Anacortes Studio and Sauna

Bright, beautiful studio with full kitchen, coffee bar, private bath and outdoor fire pit. Adjacent outdoor cedar sauna that we share with our guests in both units. Minutes from the Anacortes Ferry Terminal. Note: We live upstairs in a totally separate part of the house and the studio is adjacent to another unit. We have soundproofed the house as well as we can, but there are normal noises that come with shared living. The studio has one queen sized bed. We don't accept children.

Riverclay Studio is hidden away in the alley just a few steps from the Skagit River. Edgewater Park and many popular restaurants, pubs, espresso and entertainment opportunities are within walking distance. It is reached by way of stairs from the back of the original Riverclay Studio which we once ran as a pottery and gallery and was once our home. Our address is also home to Skagit Valley Larder that operates in the downstairs level of the building.
