I en tillbyggnad (byggår 2015) i min villa i centrala Lund hyr jag ut en ljus och vacker 2:a i markplan med separat entre och altandörr mot en ljuvlig trädgård. Bv: kök, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa 130cm samt badrum. Loft: sovrum, 2 bäddar. 6 min gångväg t. sjukhuset, ca 12 min t. Lund C. Parkeringsplats finns.

A stone's throw from Bella Center conference venue, and metrostation, taking you into town in just 12 min. Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Charming house of 120 m2 in old Limhamn

A two-storey house with open plan living. The house is located in old Limhamn near the sea, in a very pleasant area in Malmö. Close to restaurants, shops and marina. Lovely beaches and swimming in easy walking distance. Guests have access to their own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. You easily reach Malmö city center in 15 minutes by bus or bicycle. You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.

Röstånga vång - enkelt boende för 2-3 personer

Vackert lantligt läge strax utanför Röstånga. Funktionellt och fräscht. Du har två plan på ca 25 kvm byggt i gaveln på en lada helt för dig själv. Sovrummet ligger en trappa upp, trappan har dock ingen ledstång. Köket har två kokplattor, köksfläkt, mikro, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och kyl med frys. Ingen ugn. Fullt utrustat med köksattiraljer. Bäddsoffan står på bottenvåningen och är tyvärr inte så bekväm att sova i. OBS handdukar, lakan och städning ingår!

The apartment spans 115 sqm including 2 rooms, a living room, a large dining room / kitchen and a bathroom. We provide fresh towels and linen as well as shower and cooking essentials.

You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.

A family home located on a safe and quiet side-street off Frederiksberg Allé, a 2min walk from the Metro Station. The neighbourhood is one of the best in Copenhagen, leafy and quiet yet with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There's direct access to a patio and garden from the kitchen, with a table and chairs, warmed when the sun is shining!
