Tranquility awaits at RiverHouse! Outside are two decks, gazebo, fire ring, gas grill, and steps to the Allegheny river with a dock. Inside a sun-room, large living /dining room with wood-burning fireplace, kitchen, breakfast room, full bathroom, bedroom with twin beds and laundry room on the first floor. Upstairs is a loft bedroom, full bath and main bedroom. NOTE: As there is open access to the river (deep with swift current) and no childproof railings, children under 18 are not permitted.
