The wide lagoon in front of the bungalow is on the edge of a large marine reserve, with the best snorkeling on Rarotonga.

The property is set on a 3/4 acre section and has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a generous indoor/outdoor flow for dining & quiet entertaining by the pool. The house has a modern feel with conveniences you will find in your own home. There is air-conditioning in all 3-bedrooms & stand alone portable fans. The pool area is great for lounging with a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.

Teres Residence is a large spacious 4 bedroom home just 200 meters from one of the best beaches on Rarotonga, great for Snorkeling and swimming. The House is great for entertaining with two decks both catching the morning and evening sun. This is great as a family holiday home. It is within walking distance to the New Moana Restaurant and Little Polynesian Restaurant.
