The property nestles up to a trout stream you can fish at the back of the lot. The upper level features two bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, living room, and dining area. The lower level includes a family room, additional bed, and hideaway beds on both floors. Ample parking for cars, trailers, and gear makes it perfect for outdoor getaways.

Whether in town for business or pleasure, you will be a mile or less from shopping areas, downtown and the medical complex.
