Este lujoso apartamento es ideal por su ubicación, en una tranquila calle con gran zona de aparcamiento gratuita, en pleno centro, junto al Pueblo Marinero. A solo un minuto de la playa de Las Cucharas y zona comercial. El apartamento consta de una luminosa cocina abierta con salón-comedor, dos amplios dormitorios y dos baños. Terraza independiente con acceso directo a la piscina.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

When my husband and me go on holidays somewhere far from our home we still looking for the comfort and the cozy feeling of our place. Certainly, it is really nice when you find it.
