"We just need somewhere to sleep!” Lucky for you we have made our spare bedrooms available to visitors to beautiful Arrowtown. Cheap & cheerful with all the basics: shower, toilet, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, washer, dryer, tea, coffee and milk. No cooking facilities - but don’t worry ! Arrowtown has heaps of yummy restaurants. Expect to feel like you’re staying with family, but without the hassle of socialising - we live upstairs so you may hear us walking around, but that is all ;-)

Overlooking magnificent Lake Hayes, this two bedroom, two bathroom suite adjoins our newly built architecturally designed family home. With floor to ceiling views of Lake Hayes, Coronet Peak and surrounding mountains with your own private access and your own homely lounge area, this is the perfect retreat that is both close to the bustle of Queenstown, however in a tranquil country setting. Located a 10 minute drive from the airport or to Arrowtown and a 20 minute drive to Queenstown CBD.

It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We have a cardeck to park on, instructions will be with your check in details for parking. This is a home, not hotel so we hope you enjoy 😀

Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

Retreat To Pisa

Large Executive Private Suit, Ensuite Bathroom, Outdoor area, Garden. No cooking facilities inside Guest House. Microwave, toaster, electric jug, Nespresso mini,( bring your favourite pods) fridge provided for guests . Coffee , tea, herbal teas and fresh milk provided. Complimentary shampoo, and shower gel also provided. All linens and towels laundered with love and care ,with no nasty chemicals ,hung out in the natural sunlight environment to dry .

Garden Studio

A self contained studio with queen sized bed, living area, kitchen & ensuite. A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.
