With accommodations for up to six guests, this home is ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. The covered patio extends your living space outdoors with comfortable seating and canal views. Fire up the gas grill for relaxed dinners and dine alfresco at the waterfront table. Tie up your boat at the private dock after a day on the water. Please note that the boat lift is not available for guest use. Guests enjoy full access to Long Island Village’s impressive amenities, including an outdoor pool, heated indoor saltwater pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball and basketball courts, a par-3 golf course, putt-putt golf, a gym, an activity center, and on-site dining. The resort-style setting offers everything you need for relaxation, recreation, and fun. Additional conveniences include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and driveway parking for two cars. Street parking is not permitted. This single-story home is accessed via six steps. A one-time resort fee of $90 per group is required at check-in and provides parking passes along with access to all community amenities. With South Padre Island’s beaches, restaurants, entertainment, and shopping just 10 minutes away, this canal-front escape gives you the perfect balance of peaceful waterfront living and quick access to all the excitement the island offers.

Located in Bayview, Tx, a small rural town, centrally located next to the Laguna Atascosa about 20 mins from South Padre Island and about 25 mins from Brownsville. Close enough to tourist attractions but far enough to feel the constant fresh air rolling off the tree line across the resaca and to see the full starry night unobstructed by the city lights. Enjoy our RGV bird specialties such as Green Jays, Altamira Oriole, and others.

Welcome to Bella Luna Sea Cottage! Beautiful sea cottage and newly remodeled is perfect for your vacation getaway. Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Tiki No. 1 - Fishing Cabin

Small cottage with shared fishing dock. There are three cottages on this slim parcel of land. All three share the fishing dock. This cottage is furtherest from the water however is a two minute walk past the other two cabins to get down to dock. Free on-site parking. Has wi-fi, kitchen, one bedroom, two beds (both queens), and two full baths. Has bbq pit so bring your cookout kit and wood. Super peaceful and great place to just get away. Perfect for a small family looking to make memories.

Brand New Waterfront Cottage 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

Nestled in the channels of Long Island Village, this beautiful waterfront cottage awaits. Accommodating guests is effortless in this spacious property with a kitchen made for entertaining, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms., plus two sofa beds. Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.
