Our bright, cheery, one bedroom guest quarters is the perfect place to rest while you enjoy all of the great things to do on the central coast. Come relax in this cozy cottage removed from the frantic world but so close you can easily go back at any time. Whether you choose to unwind in the serenity that surrounds our olive farm or venture out to experience all that SLO County has to offer, you'll be in the perfect spot for either or both. We're on a road less traveled with neighbors few and far between but located just 10 minutes from wine tasting, beaches, downtown SLO, the Village of Arroyo Grande, hiking trails and so much more.

Jersey Joy Cottage Farm Stay

Cozy cottage in Arroyo Grande. We live on five acres and have several farm animals, including two dairy cows, pigs, chickens and geese. Our cottage stands alone and is independent of the main house. The bedroom/living area has a double bed. The kitchen offers the ability to bake, fry, and microwave. Come enjoy farm life! We are about seven miles from the beach. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have wifi for you. Farm tours and dairy milking experience are also options.

This is a California Ranch Style property with an awesome Ocean View. We are 10 min. from Pismo Beach, World Class Wineries, and Trader Joe's for Shopping needs. We are 15 min. from Downtown San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly University. Our location is ideal for exploring the Gorgeous Central Coast.

Located in a quiet family neighborhood. 2.1 miles from the beach 2 miles from Amtrak 1.3 miles from the charming village of Arroyo Grande. 15 miles to San Luis Obispo. Check in 4pm check out 11 am. We are always happy to honer an early check in or out if we have time and schedule.

Great location! We are 4 miles to the beach and central to local wineries and breweries. You can literally walk to the village of Arroyo Grande. We allow pets--however, no pets July 4th or New Years Eve weekends due to local fireworks. Please contact us first if you have a furry friend. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom. Extra guests will need to walk through bedroom for use.

South Bunkhouse at The Victorian Estate

Enjoy a very comfortable room in our Bunkhouse located behind the historic Victorian Estate. A shared front porch and a private back deck allow you to enjoy the outdoors in our uniquely mild climate. Our comfortable queen size murphy bed can be converted to a desk during the day. Our saloon style building is completely renovated with a contemporary glass shower in a spacious bath.

Central Coast Guest House - Private entrance

Relax and enjoy your private getaway. All the amenities as your own home. Enjoy the Village of Arroyo Grande or a short drive to Avila Beach. We are near all the beaches and the Pismo Dunes. Save money and cook your own meals or use the outside BBQ. Kitchen is fully equipped for any meal. The house is on a Cul de sac, we love our location on the South side of Arroyo Grand.
