This quiet, country home is minutes away from Beaches, Wineries, the Arroyo Grande Village & Lopez Lake. Enjoy peace & tranquility while taking in the views of rolling hills, meadows, vineyards, deer, birds, and even a partial ocean view from your deck (on clear days)! We have 3 dogs, 1 goat, 11 chickens & 2 cows on our 7 acre property. Sometimes we have pigs too! If you are interested in a tour, feeding the animals, or if you have young kids who want a tractor ride, please be sure to ask!

We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

This is a California Ranch Style property with an awesome Ocean View. We are 10 min. from Pismo Beach, World Class Wineries, and Trader Joe's for Shopping needs. We are 15 min. from Downtown San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly University. Our location is ideal for exploring the Gorgeous Central Coast.
