Es el resultado de un proyecto familiar con el objetivo de recuperar la casa rural de los abuelos, dándole una nueva orientación actualizada. Es un espacio muy especial y tranquilo, con un bosque de encimas al final de la finca, muy cerca del mar, además de campos de golf, tenis y rutas ciclistas alrededor. Al lado de la Torre-restaurante de Canyamel. Y cerca de Capdepera y Artà.

As soon as you get to the House Major72, you can see the private pool located in "es corral" the typical sunny patio in Mallorca. On the ground floor there's a living-room, toilet, complete kitchen with dining-table, laundry, outer dining area with BBQ, pool and solarium. On the 1st floor there's a hall and 2 spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The 2nd floor has a majestic double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living-room and private balcony. All the bedrooms have doors and a/c.

On the outskirts of the town of Arta, the holiday home Ses Eres is located in the middle of the picturesque mountain landscape of Mallorca. It is built in the classic Majorcan style and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, a TV with a DVD player, games, a washing machine and a high chair for children.

Podrá disfrutar de unas magnificas vacaciones en Mallorca, en medio de la naturaleza y a 10 minuts paseando del precioso pueblo de Artà . No està preparada para alojar a menores ni bebes, tampoco se aceptam mascotas ya que tenemos una perra, Noa, muy sensible!
