Lovely nest near Florence city centre

This cozy studio was build by my grandfather at the beginnin of 1900 like a simple work room. Then during the 50's he added a bathroom to make the space available for live, and now, in 2018 I restored the location to share it with guests. We restored even some of the original forniture to exalt the hystoric feeling of our place. The city centre is easily reachable and you can find everything you need in 500 meters (restaurants, bars, buses, a market with local products and a lot of other shops)

Il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in 20/25 minuti, oppure in Bus con fermata a poca distanza da casa. Poggiolieto is on the hills just 10 minutes far by car from the Historical center of Florence. The property is a tipical Tuscan country house surrounded by olive trees. The Studio is a two levels open space apartment; swimming pool in spring and summer time; private parking. The house is in a strategic location to be close enough for visiting Firenze's artistic city centre, but be in the peace of the countryside at home with garden and swimming pool.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Stylish flat in Florence (free parking!)

My flat is the right place to stay if you value italian style and elegance. You will be a few minutes away from the historical center (too hot during the summer!), and at the same time close to beautiful paths which will lead you to discover an unusual Florence, immersed in the breathtaking hills and landscapes of the Fiesole and Settignano countryside. Free parking is available on premises. A real florentine experience!
