The half-acre property has ample opportunities for play and exploration. The orchards and ponds offer a mix of manicured and wild landscapes. Loft bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, well equipped kitchen, wifi, large deck w/ hot tub, BBQ, bar. Fire pit and lawn at waters edge. On 23 acre horse farm with 510 feet of private beach and 1 1/2 miles of walking trails. Relax, enjoy eagles, blue heron, seals, and an occasional Orca.

The Captains Quarters at Sylvanrude is a step into a forest of Douglas Fir, Cedar, and Hemlock. The small apartment is above a garage, and is equipped with a coved ceiling bathroom, (tall folks beware) full kitchen, cozy sleeping area with a new queen bed on antique frame, TV with DVDs only, (wifi is through MIFI, a Verizon source), a private beach fire pit with beach access, and the most amazing sunsets over Case Inlet. If you are a bird watching enthusiast, don't forget the binoculars!
