Disposta su 3 piani, avrete a disposizione 3 camere da letto, di cui 2 con vista lago, 2 bagni, un'ampia cucina con accesso alla zona pranzo esterna, e un salotto da cui accedere ad altri due spazi esterni. Un ascensore vi condurrà al box doppio privato.

A 3 km di distanza si trova Maccagno, sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, dove si può praticare canoa, wind surf e vela. Da Maccagno, in battello, si possono raggiungere le più importanti località del lago sia italiane sia svizzere.
