Within a 5 min walk you are on the wouderful Agios Pavlos bay with its crystal clear and calming waters.

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στην ομορφότερη περιοχή των Καταπόλων, το Ξυλοκερατίδι, έχει νότιο προσανατολισμό και απέχει 30 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Παρότι σε κεντρικό σημείο, το χαρακτηρίζει η ησυχία. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει δύο άνετους χώρους, υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και κουζίνα-καθιστικό με καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι. Εξωτερικά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαίθρια τραπεζαρία, πέργκολα και θέα στη θάλασσα.

The studio has recently totally renovated. It is set in a large privately-owned land in the quite Xiloketatidi area. It has panoramic views to the port of Katapola. it is a spacious open place with a big veranda to enjoy all the time the view. In a walking distance you can reach nice places to swim, restaurants, cafe, bars, grocery stores, beaches, banks, pharmacy, gym, bus stop, car rental, etc

Fisherman's House Amorgos

Fisherman's House is located at Chora Amorgos. It is a traditional stone house and as we can go back in time it was build in 1700s. It is an independent house with a small kitchen, a bedroom, a living room and a large bathroom. At the private courtyard you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. In 2020 the house was completely renovated.
