Relax and unwind in this artist-run bohemian retreat. Tucked away in the village of Preston, surrounded by orchards, you'll enjoy a peaceful 'get-away' yet be in easy reach of local amenities and Kent's stunning coastline. The studio is blissfully quiet, set back from the cottage with its own entrance under a vine-covered pergola, with access to a large garden. Your host is happy to interact as much or as little as you like, and will gladly share the best experiences the area has to offer.

Super cosy first floor double bedroom, ground floor single bedroom (only available when booking 3 guests) A well stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting room overlooks own private garden plus access to an acre with rural views of cattle and sheep. Built circa 1800, refurbished circa 2014, The Old Potting Shed is a cosy, self contained detached ensuite annexe. Situated in our a garden, in a village location, approx 15 mins from Canterbury & Dover, the Kent coast and close to the medieval Cinque Port of Sandwich. We are proud Superhosts and aim to ensure guests have a great experience and comfortable stay. Unfortunately our accommodation is not suitable for children or pets. We look forward to welcoming you however long your stay!

Forming part of an original 18th Century Stable located in the heart of the historic medieval town of Sandwich you will find this hidden away open plan 1st floor conversion which has been renovated to high standard creating a light & airy living space in the eaves of the stable & barn section. The property has its own entrance via a wooden external staircase to the side leading to 1st floor. There is a court yard, we do not have parking on site for guests but there is a car park 2 mins walk

Located 5 minutes walk away from the White Cliffs of Dover, the granary is a converted timber frame building set in the garden of a 16th century Kentish farmhouse and 1 km away from the beautiful seaside village of St Margaret's-at-Cliffe. Featuring exposed beams, wattle and daub walls and many original features including staddlestones and a handcrafted spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area, the granary has a lovely feel and is very light, warm and cosy.
