The Channel Annexe is compact, comfortable & provides a cosy haven for two. It has private access, double bed, courtyard garden, ensuite shower, toilet, kitchenette, workspace, TV, strong internet & ample free parking. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Eastry, it is surrounded by Kent's beautiful countryside & is a short distance from wedding venues, local amenities (pub, takeaways, shops & post office) & is within easy reach of the Channel ports, seaside, Canterbury & London.

The Cabin - Luxury self catering with hot tub.

Unique & beautiful luxury wood cabin with outstanding views over the Alkham Valley. Self catering studio accommodation for 2 adults incl. bathroom and king size bed. Its own private 85m2 deck, covered hot tub with TV, in and outdoor speakers, gas bbq & large private gym. The Cabin is nestled away at the top of a hill in our rear garden backing onto woodland. There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

The Rabbit Hole - A beautiful countryside stay

Welcome to our "Rabbit Hole", aptly named as you will discover on your visit to us; just peep out of the windows! Spacious but intimate, we hope that we got your holiday home right. Some of the stuff we thought of, a super king bed, so you can stretch out like starfish. Love music, connect and play your sounds on the Samsung speaker. 65" television to watch a Netflix epic? Open the window in the bedroom, fill the big bath tub and immerse yourself in the night sky with a glass of bubbles

Romantic countryside hideaway

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Spacious Shepherd's hut with a view from your bed of the Wye Crown in a designated AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty). Our location offers a mix of rural and town experiences, at the foot of the North Downs and the Pilgrim's Way for fantastic walks and cycle rides. One mile from the thriving village of Wye with pubs, great restaurants and shops for essentials. Further evening entertainment in nearby Canterbury (15 minutes by car or train) and wonderful beaches within easy reach.

Gooseberry Glamping consists of 2 small cabins set in 4 acres of grassland. In the sleepy village of St Nicholas At Wade, we have 2 of the best pubs in Thanet. In our cabins you will find a comfy king sized bed with a modern en suite.Central heating through out A basic but functional kitchen . A deck with great views. BBQ , outside seating , wood burner hot tub , fire pit. Our plot is set between the popular seaside town of Margate & the historic city of Canterbury. Relax & Enjoy

Probably the most magical bus in the UK, it is anything but ordinary. Inspired by Harry Potter and the Orient Express x Roll top bath with TV in the master bedroom, video gaming area in the drivers seat, wet room, formal dining area that converts to lounge and TV snug. Also a First Class waiting room outside for extra space for group activities! Fantastic views of the countyside and river, log burner, central heating, she is set up for use all year around - magical!

Woodman's Cottage forms part of the original Kearsney Court private estate set in a private location surrounded by woodlands and within walking distance of the parks and cafe of Kearsney Abbey. Located a couple of minutes walk from the new Kearsney Abbey wedding venue! Woodman’s Cottage is a 10 minute drive from Dover Castle and the beach. Perfect location for a trip over to France with the ferry a 10 minute drive and the Eurotunnel/le shuttle a 15 minute drive.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. Beautiful barn conversion with woodland area and enclosed area, pets are welcome. The barn has 3 bedrooms, and a spacious open plan kitchen family room with new Hunter wood burner. . The hot tub is situated in the paddock area giving uninterrupted views and secluded by trees. We are near a number of lovely beaches and walks and some super restaurants. . The barn can be rented along with the main house, which sleeps 16.
