The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! It is it's own apartment, but there is a shared laundry. 2.7 miles to Reston Town Center, Herndon, & the Reston metro. 15 minutes from Tyson's Corner and Dulles Airport. Washington, DC. Includes WIFI, washer/ dryer use, and Netflix. Private full bathroom. Private kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove. It has a microwave, plug-in burner, fridge and freezer, and a toaster oven that can fit a pizza. No guests are allowed that are not on reservation.

Need to social distance? Our quiet country studio is far enough from Washington DC to get away without being gone. Ideal for grabbing some space, a long run, a bike ride, or visiting local wineries. The Appalachian Trail is just a stone's throw away. We respect your privacy. No smoking is allowed and internet access is from your own hot-spot. The studio includes a satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen-size bed and skylight make Rose End a cozy escape.

The Barn at Belgrove

The Barn at Belgrove. Welcome to a private and quiet escape on a 67 acre manor in Leesburg. A horse property with abundant wildlife offers a peaceful getaway on an historic property. This full apartment is located above the barn. It is convenient to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, and Loudoun's many wineries, breweries and festivals. Most suitable for adults seeking to relax, recharge, and rekindle in a rustic environment. There is generally very good cell service but there is no Wifi.

Full kitchen comes well-stocked for cooking, plus there are a ton of amazing restaurants & bars just down the block. Right on the Green line means a 15-minute ride to the National Mall, which makes this a great home base for exploring all of DC's free museums, historic monuments, live concerts, and world-class fine dining. Free street parking within half a block.

Spacious and Comfortable Studio Apartment

Cozy, clean and comfortable basement studio apartment in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood of Washington DC. Just a 5 minute drive, or 15 minute bus ride to downtown DC. The apartment has a queen bed, couch, bathroom, internet and TV equipped with Netflix and Hulu. Plus a small kitchen with microwave, Keurig coffee maker and stove. Simple breakfast items such as granola bars and coffee / tea are provided. Perfect for a single or couple , with a separate entrance to ensure privacy.

Private, spacious basement suite; great location

Perfect open space for 1-2 guests. Comfy king-sized bed, couch, work space, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, and Keurig (but not a full kitchen). Private entry, space into basement unit and private bathroom. Near fabulous restaurants/ bars. About 15-min. walk to Metro green line. Note: While suite is private and closed to main home, home has 2 cats—a consideration for those with allergies. Also, it’s an old, connected home with original floors, and thus not soundproof.

Small cabin style- 23 min drive to US Capitol!

This in-law suite is better defined as a small apt. attached to house; own entrance, bathroom, kitchen & free parking! Queen bed, clean sheets, towels, iron, board, kitchen pots, dining table, TV & more. It’s small but with all amenities necessary to live. If looking for a huge space, this will not be it. Good for single/couple cruising by the DMV on a BUDGET! -20 min walk to metro; off DC border, 18 min. drive to center of city.
