Hastings Retreat new Beautiful Barn The Stables

A newly converted barn in the heart of the National Forest. Spacious and finished to a high standard to make your stay one to remember. A real escape from reality to our beautiful rural retreat. Under floor heating for the cooler months. Our entire farm is powered by a 250kw wind turbine keeping us 100% carbon neutral. Conveniently located adjacent to Hicks Lodge Cycle Centre and few minutes drive to the historic market town of Ashby de la Zouch. Outdoor fire pit for alfresco cooking and warmth.

The Mill

Grade II listed former brewery mill with a southfacing private courtyard garden. Rate is for 3 rooms - two doubles and a single (5 guests) - not all four rooms (up to 7). Please contact us if you would also like to book the master room with ensuite and we will confirm a rate. NB: This bathroom is shared by the 3 rooms not ensuite, shower is over the bath. Non private parking is available street side & in various local free carparks. Please DM with queries and we would be pleased to help.

Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.
