The home site is perfectly cut into a groove in the hillside 200 feet above the valley below allowing for beautiful Mountain views and amazing privacy with no visible neighbors other than the variety of local wildlife. Enjoy the outdoor soaking tubs, wood fired sauna and a seasonal plunge pool. Just a short 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Rogue River and access to I-5. Pet friendly too!

Tucked in a serene nook of the breathtaking Colestin Valley, this tiny house was built with reclaimed and repurposed materials from a historic local housing district. A pair of outdoor, porcelain bathtubs and seasonal fire pit complete the unique, private setting—primed for travelers wanting to get off the beaten path, but within five minutes of I-5, also a convenient stop for road trippers looking to break up a long drive. Beautiful 4500 sq ft home nestled in the Cascade mountains of Southern Oregon. easy 15 minute drive to downtown Ashland, 20 minutes to Mt. Ashland Ski Area, 3 min. walk to Pacific Crest Trail. Blending rustic craftsman charm with a bohemian flair, our cabin provides a warm ambiance with a well-equipped kitchenette , living room, and a walnut bar-top dining area. In the mezzanine loft, find an organic queen bed and a workspace with a fold-out futon. Enjoy our wood fired hot tub, Wagner Creek trails, nearby wineries and the Shakespeare festival, offering a mix of nature’s beauty and local culture.

Snow capped mountains in view most of the year. This space has a private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance. For the chilly nights, enjoy a cozy fireplace and a movie.

This is a scenic stop between PDX and SF and its own destination. One guest says " Her home has a magic of its own." Simple, elegant, and a great base for wine-tasters, paraglider, or roadtrippers. If a house surrounded by nature, vineyards, paraglider pilots, creativity and occasional other travelers sounds interesting, you'll love it here. As a local tourism coordinator, I can direct you to the top attractions. Note: this is a self-contained unit but attached to the main house!

The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Weisinger Winery Vineyard Cottage

Our vineyard cottage is located at Weisinger Family Winery in Ashland, Oregon. Built c. 1920, our vineyard cottage was the original farmhouse on the property and was recently remodeled in order to encompass the amenities and comforts of home. The hot tub and BBQ on the deck overlook our Pinot Noir vineyard. The property has wonderful views and privacy. A complimentary bottle of wine, cheese, and crackers are awaiting your arrival along with a free tasting in our tasting room.

Dollar Mountain Hideout

Recently updated suite (with kitchen) in a historic home. Private entry, furnished with modern tasteful stylings. Has a smart TV and smart lock all connected to Internet. No pets please. Very convenient to I-5, great for both travelers and medium length stays. Ideal for traveling nurses. Contact me for deals! Grants Pass and surrounding area is beautiful, located at the base of the mountain, and only a few blocks to downtown. Hot tub and laundry room are for guest use.
