The Hope is a spacious Cotswolds stone house dating from the 17th Century, in the beautiful South Cotswolds. It has recently been fully renovated and is located in a quintessential Cotswold village. The house is connected to my half of the house but you will have total privacy with your own separate entrance, private garden perfect for al fresco dining and access to our tennis court. Enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding nearby. Close to Cirencester town, water parks and traditional gastro pubs

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

The studio is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend away, with the thames path countryside walks on your door step and fresh country air in abundance. Wifi, Netflix , Disney + included The Studio is a comfortable space with an Ensuite shower room, comfy sofa and kingsize bed and free parking. Located in a beautiful village within the Cotswold water park area you are spoilt for choice of things to do locally, with water sports, lakeside dining, South Cerney beach all on your door step.

The Carthorse Barn is a two bedroom barn conversion, sitting in the heart of the Cotswold lakes on a working smallholding with a small number of pigs and hens. The Cotswolds lakes offer a host of activities including water skiing, cable skiing, archery, shooting, paintballing, golf, angling, horse riding, sailing, canoeing and paddle boarding. Just five miles away lies the market town of Cirencester, regarded as the heart of the Cotswolds, a perfect place for fine dining or shopping.

Anthracite Annexe

A stylish self contained annexe next to owners home, in South Cerney. The village has all the amenities such as two shops, three pubs serving good food, post office, chemist, takeaway Indian and chip shop. The village is close to the historic town of Cirencester and other famous attractions in the Cotswolds as well as the Spa town of Cheltenham. The property is ideally situated to make the most of the Cotswold water park and it’s facilities as well as numerous walks and cycle paths.

Guest suite, private hot tub, Cotswold Lakes area

The guest suite with private hot tub has its own entrance, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with direct access to the hot tub from the lounge. The ground floor bedroom has a king size bed, the private family bathroom is next door. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs - a twin and a 3rd bedroom that can be set up with super king bedding or 2 single duvets. The owners live on site quite separately in the house & respect guest's privacy - no shared facilities during your stay.

Self contained barn on the edge of the Cotswolds

Latton is a small village on the edge of the Cotswolds and only a 15 minute drive away from the vibrant market town of Cirencester. The location offers good access to the surrounding Cotswold villages and has good road links via the M4 and M5 motorways. Latton is surrounded by open countryside with walks directly from the property. The Cotswold Water Park is 5 minutes away by car and offers many activities including walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and paddle boarding.

The Old Bakery At The Grange

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.

Fig Tree Cottage - Ashton Keynes, Cotswolds

Traditional Cotswolds stone cottage on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Ashton Keynes in the centre of the Cotswold Water Park. This self-contained cottage is attached to the main farm house and provides a spacious and comfortable base to enjoy the Cotswold villages and the huge range of activities in the Water Park: walks, cycling, golf, water sports. Walk by the fledging River Thames in the village and visit the White Hart pub.
