Less than 10 minutes to downtown and the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh campus, shopping, restaurants and Main Street. Great location for walking, bike riding and just seeing the local sites. Welcome to our remodeled house and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

Welcome to the Leonards Point Bird House! This newly renovated lake home has all amenities needed for a perfect escape in Oshkosh, WI. You will experience lake views from the south side of Lake Butte Des Morts. For a quieter experience (or louder for the kids) there is a detached bunk house with its own bathroom! The Birdhouse is 10 minutes away from highway 41 and multiple stores for easy access to everything you need. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

One bath, full kitchen fully stocked with dining area, bring your own food to prepare. Bring your water toys or boat, launch nearby and dock access in warmer months with great fishing. Winter months, bring your snowmobile, trails nearby. Great ice fishing when lake is frozen and ice is safe.

Shady Retreat

Do you want to get away and relax at the lake? Visit Shady Retreat, an updated guest house on an 86 acre lake. It has one king bed, 1 bath with a sofa sleeper. The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave and a dishwasher! There are three kayaks, a paddleboard, a pedal boat and a pier for your use. It is close to supper clubs, pubs with great food and 45 minutes from Lambeau Field. Enjoy star gazing while sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows.
