Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. You will have the sole use of the house, pool and large enclosed garden. The accommodation is over two floors. First floor is made up of Lounge, fully equipped Kitchen , 2 bedrooms, Family bathroom with walk in shower and bath. Also an ensuite shower room with toilet and basin. The kitchen leads to an outside terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor you will find a second kitchen, the 3rd bedroom, separate WC and utility area.

Guests are welcome to enjoy a gentle stroll or simply relax in the large, well-kept garden.

Please note there is a minimum 3 night stay.

The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

La Perdrix gite is deceptively spacious (60 sqm) blending charm and character with original beams and exposed stone walls. Ideal for 2 but can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. Ground floor: main bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room. Upstairs: 1 double bed on the mezzanine. All linen and bathroom towels provided. The private terrace is equipped with table, chairs & parasol overlooking the amazing heated pool and countryside beyond. Sorry no pets.

À l'intérieur, cheminée traditionnelle, poutres de bois et demoiselles artisanales viennent compléter cet ensemble rustique pour créer une atmosphère chaleureuse.
