Mountain home paradise 1GBPS internet, quiet home!

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). (You’ll need a vehicle with a rack or a truck to shuttle) Kaleb & Abby

The free town bus stop is across the street & will take you to the Avon Center where you can connect to BC or Vail, etc. Close to all in Avon & steps to river/bike path. Walk to Nottingham Lake/Park. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious LR and Comfy king bed!

This is a charming Studio room with breakfast bar & private bath, it is part of our single family home, that has 2 entrances - one is your own private off the driveway, includes ski storage. Laundry ( shared with us ), 2 TV's, high speed internet, shared Hot Tub , Continental Breakfast , non smoking, short walk TOV Bus, Parking - 1 car.
