One bedroom condo set up for a single individual or couple. High end furnishings inside and out including pottery barn outdoor wicker sectional perfect for viewing the lake and mountain range or reading a book. Kitchen is well equipped with general appliances plus coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, crock pot and utensils all provided. Indoor hot tub and pool table located on ground floor. The Dillon Amphitheatre (2 min. walk), marina, playground and bikepath are here. Just fully remodeled as of December 2023 it's absolutely stunning...turn around and check out the wonderfully designed and appointed unit...notice the open floor plan, did I mention the view? If you are looking for a hotel room, stay here instead! Perfect for a family with kids, amazing location, room to spread out, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, balcony, look no further. Large bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Cozy living room with a fireplace to chat about your mountain adventures, dining table to play games after the delicious dinner you made in our nice kitchen.
