It’s a 3 double bedroom villa with a lounge and a fully modern equipped kitchen with a veranda. The décor is very homely so guests can enjoy the comfort of home being away from home .The lounge has a fireplace with a wood burning basket so you can enjoy the warmness of the place. It overseas the children play area, and the open space of the farm .It is also next to the pool so guest have easier access to the pool. The area is a about 1700sq feet in area. Staying at the villa guest have the privilege to cook themselves if they choose to and enjoy a homemade meal. They can also have a barbeque evening with a bonfire and enjoy the open space and the county side serenity of the place.

Happy Hill Homestay - 2BHK

Being nestled on a hillock near the serene banks of the Brahmaputra River in Guwahati would provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation and reconnecting with loved ones. There are 50 stairs to reach the house, and guests must carry their own luggage. The stairs may not be suitable for elderly guests or heart patients. No parking is available for four-wheelers. Unmarried couples below 23 years are not allowed. Guests aged 23 and above must provide age proof at check-in.
