Cute, comfortable 1935 detached home which is 900 SQUARE FEET AND PET FRIENDLY. Per pet fees are negotiable because we love them just message me: The other side of the property has our main home. The cottage is newly remodeled and fenced in. Views of Lake Umatilla from all rooms. 8 miles to beautiful Mount Dora and 3 miles to downtown Eustis. 1 hour to attractions, airport and east coast beaches. We are 20-30 minutes from most local Springs. Our Lake Umatilla does have public boat ramp access

Key-less entry allows for self check-in and welcomes you to this comfortable clean 962 sq. ft. space with two queen size beds, one bathroom, full kitchen, florida room, and a fenced-in backyard. A paddle boat is provided. Three kayaks and 2 bicycles are also available! Or you can bring your boat and go fishing! Enjoy swimming, lovely sunsets and strolls around the beautiful lake.

We have an abundance of wildlife here: birds, gators, bears, lizards. and more. Smoking is allowed but outside only. Our place is best suited for couples or solo travelers. We have a two person max limit. No kids. No extra guests. No parties are allowed on our property. Pet's are welcomed

Ruby Oaks Farm w/ Beach Near St. JohnsRiver

Farm life at its best! Located right next to our tree farm, bass stocked pond with dock on property, decor is Palm trees, Exotic Zebra farm life. There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Pablo) Zebra. (Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.

Our studio Cottage is pet friendly and sleeps 2 comfortably. This is a tiny house where we have managed to fit all essentials for a relaxing stay. We are 5 minutes from historic downtown and 30 minutes to the World’s Most Famous Beach, Daytona Beach. Enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens in the morning before heading to the Springs for a cool dip or manatee watching only 10 minutes away.
