Beautiful outdoor space! Located only 20 minutes from the airport. Pool is wonderful all year around and has a basketball hoop! Home has a Generator that will run almost entire home during emergency! Smart controls, water softener system, Master bedroom has a king size bed with a double shower. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms- 1- King Bed and 1 Queen Bed and 2 twins Heated Pool for winter/fall months! All bedrooms have TVs! We have hosted many insurance claim stays, and will accommodate long stays

PH2 - Montrose Pool House with Pool & Soothing Spa

This Space is one of the two pool house suites that sits behind the main house (which can also be an additional Airbnb space or my residence), this is the upper unit. All three spaces share the luxurious back yard, spa and pool. Guest are limited to keep up with covid restrictions and to help ensure the chill vibe the space creates. No parties/events are hosted here and the only way to have the pool & spa privately, is to rent the entire compound. This is help ensure everyone can enjoy

The Woodlands/Shenadoah Casita

Right in the heart of all of the action, you will find this super cute, well appointed Casita with queen bed. You will have your own space and everything you need for your getaway. We provide off street parking, outside patio, hot tub and access to the grill. This casita is located across the patio from our primary residence. While you do have your own space you may bump into us outside feeding the chickens or letting our little Yorkie out to potty. You’ll access through the side gate.

Welcome to our newly remodeled modern farmhouse. Enjoy your getaway with family/friends at our warm and cozy home, complimented by a private pool and spa. The property has plenty of rooms and activities for everyone. Each room of the house has large windows which allows natural light through out the house. Located in Spring Texas, the property is just minutes away from The Woodlands, Conroe and Houston. Come and experience the "home away from home" feeling at our house.

Float around the seasonal splash pool, soak in the hot tub, enjoy a small container fire, or sit by the lake and watch the fish. Bring your fishing pole for catch and release stocked pond in this small vintage fishing community. Unit is on the back of the main house. Main house has area on the other side that you can’t see.
