Athenree Beach House: Three bedroom waterfront

Our piece of paradise is situated on the edge of the water in the Athenree Village (north end of the Tauranga harbour). The modern upstairs apartment is yours exclusively. From here you can: watch the sunrise over the water; enjoy the ever-changing view of the tide; watch the varied and rich bird life; or relax while reading or playing games from our library. Feel more energetic? Walk to the surf beach; visit the hot pools or take a walk on the water edge. We follow AirBnB cleaning protocols.

Spacious 3 bedroom home ideal for your next beach holiday. Well designed, open plan living area extends out onto a large deck & lawn, with outdoor furnishings & a BBQ. Seaforth Lodge provides great accommodation a minutes walk from the beach. Lie in bed, see and hear the waves or grab your board and head out for an early morning dip in the ocean. Own entrance, ensuite, fast Wifi, plenty of off street parking. Linen, towels, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and crockery provided. 2 rooms with adjoining doors, great for a friends getaway. Not suitable for small children. The Blue Bach

The Bach is light, modern, comfortable, within walking distance of beach and village. Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down over the hills, stroll a few hundred metres to the golden sand beach, or across the common to the village for coffee and shopping. There is unlimited fibre internet, ducted air conditioning and heating, and linen and bath-towels are provided. Please bring your own beach-towels. Maximum occupancy is 4 guest. No smoking, camping, or events.

Beautiful, modern house with expansive ocean views. Watch the sun rise, the moon rise and the magical rose coloured sunsets that reflect off of the south cliff face. Located directly in front of the council reserve and sand dunes. Set on a quiet cul de sac and toasty warm with a large heat pump for winter and outdoor shower in summer. Swim in the sea and then have a wine on one of the large deck spaces. So much to offer from this beachfront property.
