The Tired Beagle has ample parking, located next to road for quick access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker and outside gas grille. The bathroom has a tub/shower and was recently renovated. Cabin has 2 porches that offer great country views. Local tv, internet. Firepit in private backyard. Pets welcome with pet fee. We are NOT A BUG FREE ENVIRONMENT! You will see ladybugs,stinkbugs, wood beetle and more

The Cottage

This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. Nothing but stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

This property provides a unique nature inspired getaway while offering all the modern conveniences.

Country Getaway

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.
