Located on 5+ acres of lush forest, minutes from downtown & UGA campus! Our secluded forest abode includes: cozy bedroom with large comfy memory foam king bed, spacious living room & kitchen (complete with: oven, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker), smart-TV (Netflix provided), queen pull-out sofa bed, & bathroom with shower/tub. Outdoor space includes use of fully gated infinity pool (unheated), with lounge furniture, fire-pit, volleyball/badminton net, kids swing-set/slide & forest walks.

Escape to a tranquil, adult-only, 1-bedroom cottage on 12 acres of peaceful hardwood forest. Spend the morning lazing on the screened porch or walk the trails & watch for deer and birds. Just 6 miles away, Watkinsville offers small town shopping & dining. Only a 20 min drive for antiquing or dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. At night, relax by the fire-pit while you roast marshmallows and listen to the owls.

Quaint rustic cabin in wooded setting. The property is on roughly 5 acres set back from the main road. It is adjacent to 15 acres of family owned walking trails we share with our guests. A perfect retreat for a family to reconnect with mother nature or just for a quiet getaway. Our guests love the fire pit and front porch swing. Basement level apartment has full time resident. Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.

“The Napping House” 1800s Charm with Modern Perks

Home was originally built in the 1800s! In renovating to provide useable space we’ve tried to keep as much character as possible while allowing for the comforts of today. Home sleeps 2 adults & 2 kids comfortably or 3 adults. Ideally We’d love our guests to come visit and take a cue from life before modern technology. Take a couple days, detach from smart devices, pick up a book, try a new recipe, nap, enjoy life’s simplicities. Create memories in this adorable, comfy, & CLEAN haven!

Athens Retreat

Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.

A small space, with huge possibilities -- Enjoy the view of a beautiful stocked pond while you relax in this comfy cabin. A king loft sleeps 2 comfortably, and there is a twin bunk on main level. Full kitchen and bath. Fishing available! Make sure you carve out some time to soak in the wood-fired hot tub! See “Other details to note” for more information on the hot tub. We are located 25 miles from downtown Athens. Georgia sales tax has been included in the price.
