Welcome to"The Buck Spur", a fully updated cottage on 1.25 peaceful acres. We are just 10 minutes from Downtown Sandpoint, and less than 30 minutes to the Silverwood. The Buck Spur has a warm, cozy, inviting feel with a wraparound front porch, a gorgeous kitchen with Quartz countertops and Stainless appliances, Starlink internet along with the most comfortable of beds. We have the hot tub for you to relax in, along with a brand new mini split system (A/C and heat) for an ultra comfortable stay!

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Did we just become best friends? SO much room for water activities and OF COURSE we have the wine glasses for your own private Catalina Wine Mixer! Escape from it all while having it all close by. Explore on provided kayaks, or simply take in the mountain view, eagles & occasional mtn. goat from your porch. With two beds (one Murphy and a pull out), this one of a kind retreat is perfect for a getaway by for two or a bonding time packed with memories for the family. Welcome to Boats 'N Rows!

Small Studio on a Mini Horse Farm near Silverwood

Enjoy a stay on a miniature horse farm! There are many outdoor activities. A biking path from Athol to Coeur d'Alene, lakes (Spirit Lake, Lake Pend Oreille, Hayden Lake), Silverwood Theme Park (10 minute drive, one of the closest Airbnb), and Farragut State Park (10 minute drive). We're 20 minutes to Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, 5 minutes to Spirit Lake and Bayview. Coordinate with me to feed or groom the horses (must work with my schedule) or just enjoy them in the pasture during the day.

Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.
