This small 1950’s cottage was entirely gutted and rebuilt attempting to keep the peaceful feel of the home yet creating a completely modem look. There was lots of sweat and love that went into every detail to make this home luxurious, comfortable and fresh. Who wouldn’t love a brand new home surrounded by garden, fruit, vegetables and nature. Maple on Royal is a 2 bedroom house, with a large front, side and back garden which is used to grow Organic fruit and vegetables all year round (seasonal).

Located in North Adelaide, one street over from the eating delights on Melbourne Street, with close by transport options to get you to the heart of the city in minutes, or a 20-minute walk to Adelaide Oval, this compact studio apartment is bright, light and fresh! The tasteful updated interior refurbishment makes it an enjoyable space to be in, and a well stocked range of amenities and facilities make it an easy to utilise, fully self-contained base to enjoy and explore Adelaide and beyond!

A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.
