Το ASTERIS LUXURY HOUSE είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι στην καρδιά της πρωτεύουσας της Χαλκιδικής το οποίο απέχει 500 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία. Πλησίον έχει παιδική χαρά, πάρκο αναψυχής, καφετέριες, σούπερ μάρκετ κτλ. Είναι δίπλα στις ΕΞΙ ΒΡΥΣΕΣ που είναι σημείο αναφοράς της πόλης. Συνδιάζει βουνό με θάλασσα. Η κοντινότερη παραλία ειναι 10 χιλιόμετρα. Το βουνό είναι χτισμένο στους πρόποδες του όρους Χολομωντα.
