Апартаментът се намира в един от най-красивите затворени комплекси на Бургас - Diamond Beach, на първа линия до морето. На разположение на нашите гости са: • Външен басейн с детска част • Места за отдих • Барбекю кът • Озеленена паркова част • 24часова охрана и видеонаблюдение Басейн Подземен паркинг, не е подходящ за ниски авт.

Santa Marina is located 2 km north of Sozopol Old Town, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful sea views. Guests can enjoy the beach, swimming pools, kids’ areas, restaurants, supermarkets, electric shuttle transport within the complex, and many more amenities. Open year-round. Seasonal facilities (incl. heated jacuzzi) gradually open from 1 May (weather-dependent), fully operational 1 June – 1 October. Parking free until 30 May; from 1 June spaces can be rented through us or the complex.

Villa "Kolokita"offers you a 360 degree sea view. There are 2-bedrooms,2-bathrooms in the house. You can enjoy your morning coffee at our veranda or one of the two balconies with incredible view. The house is located at complex Sozopolis, there is all you need for a perfect vacation (large swimming pool,Fitness,restaurants...). According to Bulgaria’s law we are legally obligated to register all guests in the national register, and it is necessary to provide us ID before check in. Thank you!

The apart is located on the fourth floor. Building has no elevator. Consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a large balcony with a panoramic sea view. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom + WC. The apartment has two double beds in both bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
