Emerald Isle is known for having beautiful beaches, safe biking trails, and public parks with boating/fishing access allowing for a great vacation experience. Our 3 bedroom 3 bath with additional sleeping loft (5 beds total ) is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach, Bogue Inlet Pier, restaurants and shopping . The cottage offers a private stone patio and upper decks to enjoy the breeze. A private beach neighborhood access is at the end of the block, just a 3-5 minute walk.

Enjoy a sunny spot on the rooftop deck w/ocean views. Living area with vaulted ceiling, electric fireplace, spacious dining area, and all new kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and private shower bath. The queen bedroom and pyramid bunk bedroom are across the hall from the tub/shower bathroom. There is an enclosed outdoor shower and a half bath on the ground level off the storage room. A Sunny Place is located directly across the street from a tree covered path to the sunny beach!

House sleeps 8. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room, and screened back porch. The outdoor shower has a dressing area. Parking for 4 cars. The island breeze and amazing panoramic views will sweep the toughest stress right out to sea! Stress levels are proven to lower once a person crosses over the AB bridge to the Beach. Access Bogue Sound from the front steps and docks or the Ocean Beaches with just a short walk or cart ride. Amazing views of Bogue Sound, AB Bridge and Moonlight Bay are sure to please.
