With power but no running water, you’ll enjoy a true off-grid experience without sacrificing comfort. This is a cozy, Yukon-style retreat — perfect for couples, small families, or friends who want to slow down, reconnect, and experience the best of Carcross and the surrounding wilderness. Two queen beds, one located in a bedroom off the living room and one in the loft.

Get away from the crowds and back to basics in this SIMPLE and COZY, OFF-GRID mountain hut–style dry cabin with stunning views. Tucked beside our off-grid home, this is a peaceful nature escape with limited power, no running water, and an outhouse. Heated by wood stove and supplied with seasonal water, it’s best for guests who enjoy simple living and an unplugged experience. The solar system is small and it is not possible to plug in your vehicle. In winter, our steep driveway requires 4x4.

Pine Creek Villa

With its open layout and beautiful outdoor space this cabin will provide a relaxing, quiet location to escape to. This cabin is a brand new build. Pine Creek Villa is an off grid / dry cabin fronting onto Pine Creek, approximately 15 km east of Atlin on the Surprise Lake Road. Access is off the Birch Creek Rd. Down a narrow and very rough / bumpy road, with water crossings You will need a high clearance vehicle, ATV/snowmobile, or ability to bike, walk or ski 2-3km is necessary for access

TV and DVD / Blu Ray player, some movies. No Pets There are several friendly animals on the property, including horses, an Icelandic sheep, and a dog.
