Ένας πλήρως ανακαινισμένος χώρος, ιδιαίτερα φωτεινός και μοντέρνος, σε ένα πανέμορφο νεοκλασικό κτίριο στην συνοικία του Μετς (Παγκράτι). Είναι δίπλα στο Καλλιμάρμαρο (Παναθηναϊκό Στάδιο) και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Πολύ κοντά σε μαγαζιά και καφετέριες καθώς βρίσκεται μόνο μερικά μέτρα μακριά από την πλατεία Βαρνάβα. Το δωμάτιο διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα γραφείο, τραπέζι, τηλεόραση με δορυφορική κεραία, ψυγείο και wifi.

Our place is a fully renovated luxurious apartment in Varkiza, a southern suburb on the Athenian Riviera. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood just 500m away from sandy beaches and the marina of Varkiza (5-minutes walk to the famous beach resort "yabanaki"). The apartment features everything needed for your holidays and is suitable for couples, friends, families (families with babies and little children) and business travelers.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

My apartment is located at the foot of Acropolis Hill, walking distance to all ancient sights, parks, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining spots. You’ll love the place because of the neighbourhood, the coziness, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. We have an amazing rooftop veranda for your use, as you can see in the pictures, with spectacular views of the city and Acropolis.
