Guest can explore Grand Island or take a sunset cruise out of Munising Bay, 5 miles west of the cabin.

There is an awesome firepit area located right on the shoreline with views of Autrain Island, Grand Island and more... The Suite is a perfect getaway or honeymoon destination for couples looking for that special spot. There is a nice big TV, WiFi and Netflix, OR 2 big picture windows overlooking the Lake. Cabin on lake w no public access. Owners out of sight and sound. Great pike fishing on supplied jonboat and 4 kayaks. Wood-burning sauna next to cabin. Lake Michigan beach and boat access 5 minutes away. 45 minutes to Pictured Rocks, 20 minutes to Kitch iti kipi, 25 minutes to La Fayette State Park. 12v batteries supply a bit of power and a few lights. Pets are welcome except on beds and futon :) Silverware, utensils, propane and firewood provided. You'll need ice, food, and drinking water.

This cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin is located in AuTrain on the north shore of AuTrain Lake, within Northwoods Resort and backing up to the Hiawatha National Forest. The cabin features a gas fireplace, dishwasher, front porch, private fire pit, and coin-operated laundry. Enjoy beach access, a dock, boat rentals, direct trail access, nearby ski trails, and easy trips to Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Plenty of parking for trailers.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Beautiful 4 bedroom cabin located minutes from downtown Munising and at the doorstep to Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore. The cabin is located on a quiet, paved, tree-lined street nestled on 6 serene acres of hardwood forest. We are a short drive to M13 and all of the recreational inland lakes that the area has to offer. Head the other direction and you are a short 15 min drive to Miners Castle/Miners Beach which can be a fantastic launching point to your UP adventure!

Our cabin is set on the beautiful AuTrain river, just minutes from Lake Superior. It is fully equipped to make your stay relaxing and fun! A full kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and a BBQ grill to cook what you would like. There is a queen size bed, and a natural gas fireplace, and full bathroom. We also have a deck to enjoy the wildlife from. Hummingbirds, Blue Heron, geese, ducks, eagles, river otters and more have all been spotted from the front porch.
