Our lake access is close enough to bike/walk, but we prefer to drive into the access w/all of our gear! @ the gated access you will find a swimming area, boat launch, grills, screened in & open pavilion, and a playground. The A-Frame

The A-Frame is a vintage 1955 Sears and Roebuck kit house, recently remodeled for your Airbnb pleasure! This A-Frame is set way back in the woods, yet is only minutes from the interstate, movies, malls, eateries, and all Montgomery has to offer. Kind of a "best of both worlds" situation. 20 minutes from Maxwell and Gunter AFB, 50 minutes from Auburn, and 2 minutes from I-85. The A-frame is pet friendly, all we ask is that if your fur babies shed, please clean up after them before you leave.

Picnic overlooking the scenic views at Dowdell's Knob in FD Roosevelt State Park, or enjoy a day hike along its 23 miles of trails, or horseback riding. A short 5 minutes walk if you choose to just walk there. Home has everything you need, including your own boat slip, while away on your Lake Martin getaway. If off season and a football fan, Auburn is just a short 20 mile drive away. Lake Martin is also known for great fishing and many hiking areas you can enjoy.

This little cabin was a labor of love for our family. It’s a mix of new remodel and old cabin authenticity. It’s a coat of many colors and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. My brother and I decided to take on a project together and with the help of our beloved spouses we took this little diamond in the rough to its current prime. We have plans to continue the vision and make more space, but for now, we’re ready to share our accomplishment with you.
