(bring charcoal) fire pit .No TV or internet, this a great place to enjoy nature and family time with out the craziness of the world. also Enjoy a hike up smith mountain close by. pet fee is due upon arrival of property$20 per pet per night. check in time anytime after 2pm check out 11am

Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Natures Cove Cabin A-kayaks/fire pit/pet friendly

This tiny cabin nestled in the woods is the ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy nature near the lake! Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Relax on the covered porch & fire pit or fish on the banks of the creek or enjoy a day of adventure on a kayak or boat which can be kept at the shared dock. (Shared with other tiny cabin)

Sweet Retreat cozy Lake Martin cottage with a pool

Relax with family and friends at this peaceful lake getaway. This charming cottage is nestled in the woods, offering guests a private retreat to recharge and reconnect. Enjoy lake access from your dock, bring the boat and tie off at your own slip, or cool off with the kids in the pool! The cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a beautiful stone fireplace and a cozy screened-in porch. It offers amenities for 4, a dock with boat slip for up to a 24' boat, and neighborhood pool access.

Large House/close to campus with open floor plan

Newly built home within in walking distance of campus and downtown. It is a short walk to Jordan Hare (.8 miles). And you can be in the heart for downtown area in the same distance. The home is newly purchased and decor is still being added so the walls may seem a little bare. The important stuff like beds, couches, pillows, towels, and kitchen supplies is all there. Please let us know if there is a kitchen gadget that you found to be missing so that we can add it in the future!

There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.

Meadows Mill House is an 18th century historical landmark c. 1825 now serving as a fully functional modern day residence. During your stay in the carriage house (guest house), we encourage our visitors to explore waterfalls, relax by the fire and simply take it all in.
