This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The first floor bedroom layout includes a master with King bed and sliding glass door entrance onto the 26' deck and a bedroom with Queen bed that share a full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with 2 Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms with individually controlled heat and a/c.

Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

The OWASCO suite is located on the second floor in the historic district of Auburn, this older home is situated between historic mansions of Auburn's past and is part of a multi-unit building. Less than 5 minute walk to downtown our large studio apartment offers a king bed and 2-twin rollaways (cot size ), 58" smart tv with Roku access. (fireplace is decorative only).
