Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. An idyllic 200 year old Bothy located in the North-East of Scotland, some say similar to the cottage from the movie "The Holiday". Situated in a quiet and secluded area of Pitmedden, known as Old Seaton Village. We can provide shuttle services to nearby popular amenities - prior notice required. Well behaved dogs are welcome but are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the property grounds and surrounding area and must not be left unattended in the bothy.

The cottage it is nestled rests at the foot of grass-covered cliffs with the sea just yards away in the village of Pennan, made famous by the film Local Hero. Nochty Studio |Strathdon |Cairngorms National Park

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

Situated in the coastal village on Newburgh, Aberdeenshire only a short walk from the beach which teems with wildlife. People come from far and wide to see the seal colony, there's always something happening including the seasonal visitors from which the cabin is named.
