The queen size bed is a spacious loft bed, and downstairs the couches can be turned into another queen size bed. Complete kitchen available. Internet included. Complimentary parking is available within the building (with a maximum car height limit of 1.9m).

The carpark is for small/medium sized vehicles only and because of the limitations of the building can not accommodate SUVs, Utes or station wagons. Please note, there is no lift in the building so you’ll need to be comfortable climbing stairs.

This stylish penthouse to stay is perfect for visitors to Auckland wanting to be 2-5 mins walking distance to the waterfront, first class shopping Commercial Bay, and must-see attractions like Sky Tower and visiting Islands in the Hauraki Gulf (Rangitito & Waiheke). Use of a carpark is included. Suitable for 2-4 adults (two large bedrooms, one of which can be a twin) each with their own bathroom. The character building still has the original working cage lift as well as front and back stairs.

This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people. Absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Restaurants, ferries, trains, nightclubs, shops, supermarket and Sky City are all just a short walk away. 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and another single bed in the loft. Has a full fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, wifi, TV, Netflix and a small oven and 2 hot plates to cook but we recommend that guests make the most of all the fantastic restaurants that are so close by.

It has such a cosy and warm feel to it, the red brick with the wooden floors makes me feel like I am back at my mums house. Having a full size kitchen is my favourite part of it, there is nothing better than being able to cook your own meals with a proper kitchen, that and the spa like bathroom, it makes me feel like I am on holiday at a fancy resort, the floor to ceiling tiles are gorgeous! Having a dedicated work space really helps when you need to get your head down for some deep work!

This location is ideal for leisure or business travellers, with a separate and secure entrance, a small outside deck and plenty of privacy.
