Complimentary parking is available within the building (with a maximum car height limit of 1.9m).

This stylish penthouse to stay is perfect for visitors to Auckland wanting to be 2-5 mins walking distance to the waterfront, first class shopping Commercial Bay, and must-see attractions like Sky Tower and visiting Islands in the Hauraki Gulf (Rangitito & Waiheke). Use of a carpark is included. Suitable for 2-4 adults (two large bedrooms, one of which can be a twin) each with their own bathroom. The character building still has the original working cage lift as well as front and back stairs.

This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people. Absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Restaurants, ferries, trains, nightclubs, shops, supermarket and Sky City are all just a short walk away. 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and another single bed in the loft. Has a full fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, wifi, TV, Netflix and a small oven and 2 hot plates to cook but we recommend that guests make the most of all the fantastic restaurants that are so close by.

It has such a cosy and warm feel to it, the red brick with the wooden floors makes me feel like I am back at my mums house. Having a full size kitchen is my favourite part of it, there is nothing better than being able to cook your own meals with a proper kitchen, that and the spa like bathroom, it makes me feel like I am on holiday at a fancy resort, the floor to ceiling tiles are gorgeous! Having a dedicated work space really helps when you need to get your head down for some deep work!
